Rejected petition We, the people of the UK, demand an immediate General Election.

Until the Fixed Term Parliament Act was introduced in 2011, any government that couldn't effectively govern had to ultimately call a General Election, so that the people could elect new representatives.
This act is now having previously unconstitutional effects that were not envisaged.
