Closed petition lower age for shisha smoking 16/17

smoking shisha has ben a cultral , social trend ... but for college students aged 16/17 not being able to enter a shisha lounge thus making them turn to ciggerettes.. studies showed 60% of 16-17 year olds started smoking ciggerettes at start of college this is to with exam stress and long hard work.. 40% do not smoke ciggerets but 20% smoke shisha at home.. "i tend had the benefit of using sheesha at home , this is still bad for me but i prefer smoking shisha 1once every 1-2months for 10-20mins then smoking 10 fags a day" 48% out of the 60% that smoke ciggerets do not smoke shisha.. i beleive if we lower the age to 16 17 this could lower underage ciggret smokers and prevent chain smoking.
