Petition Charge drunks for ambulance. Call outs.

After seeing multiple TV program's of NHS/Police having to struggle doing their normal day to day jobs.
I think it's about time that drunks at the weekend/in the week, people been helped and cared for by the NHS/ paramedics, nurses and staff and volenteer services and then taken to hospital just because they have had far to much to drink to get home or indeed talk or walk.
I believe if they can afford to get that drunk then they can afford to pay for their own treatment!
I propose if any drunk or drug user need medical help then they get a bill for it. It works in Two fold (1) they will think twise following a big bill after a costly day out! (2) will send a message to everyone in the UK that they will need to drink sensibly.
Finally why stop there? Air ambulance to mountine climbers who receive air ambulance. Very costly yet they pay nothing at all to the charity run service.
