I would like to see "in perpetuity" timeshare sales to be made illegal, and the timeshare sellers/resellers legally responsible for disclosing ALL costs relating to property being sold at point of sale. Failure to disclose costs would make the selling agency responsible for those costs, the selling transaction null and void, and the ruling to be to be applied retrospectively, regardless of date of sale.
