Require couriers to photograph parcel signatories or the premises to which they attempted to deliver

Parcel delivery drivers can be unreliable or careless, we have a large number of unverifiable purported deliveries where package recipients have lost their cherished goods due to incompetence, laziness or fraud and insist the courier businesses put in place adequate measures to reduce this.
