Closed Lower VAT to 5% on UK hotels and holidays after we leave the EU

Lower the rate of VAT and regulate against companies not passing this saving onto the consumer. Many EU countries already do this but previously we were not able to lower it due to EU membership. The additional revenue from increased tourism and corporation tax will offset the lost VAT.

This will help families who may be struggling to afford a holiday to get away and also enhance UK tourism as a whole as it will be more affordable for all tourists from all nations.
