We want a full investigation into the institutional discrimination that has been and is displayed by the DWP, a reallocation of the disability benefit decision-making process, and a review of prior DWP decisions to prevent the discrimination from continuing to disadvantage those in need.

This petition was rejected

Why was this petition rejected?

It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure whether you want a public inquiry into the work of the DWP, or changes to how benefit claimants are assessed.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
