Stop the financial drag and snowball effect of debt while quarantine measures are in place with an additional month for people to return to work.

Families, people on sick pay, self employed and businesses will suffer during a shut down. We need to freeze debts before they escalate out of control and start to provide a huge drag on disposal income, quality of life.
