Rejected petition FCO advice to India

Current FCO advice for India (15 March 2020) is ambiguous and in the favour of UK Travel Insurance Companies. I am a UK citizen and booked holidays to India and Bhutan(15 March -21 April 2020) but now not able to travel due to Indian Govt nab on entry. Travel insurance is not reimbursing cost.

More details

FCO should say as it is saying for Denmark. Example as below -
The FCO advise against all but essential travel to India from 13 March till 15 April as Indian Govt has banned entry visa.
This would help me in getting my money back with is very important to me as I am a pensioner.
