Introduce
-Learners taught by family/friend to have a minimum no. of proven lessons with an Approved Driving Instructor prior to driving test
-DVSA driving test examiners to have a minimum 3 yrs ADI experience & 5 yrs to conduct Part 2/3 tests
-ADIs standard to be based on pupil pass rates, if they fall below a national average for 2 yrs they take a Check test
-Grant PDIs a 12 mth licence with pass rate considered for the Part 3 ADI test
-ADI’s to pursue complaints against the DVSA through a tribunal
