Give the grant to any small business registered and active with HMRC. This includes limited companies, partnerships, sole traders etc.

There are tens of thousands of businesses in the UK that do not pay business rates or are eligible for business rate relief because they operate their business from home, hot desk, are in a fully services office, are in trades and operate from their vehicle or on site and others in different setups. We all pay tax whether corporate, income, VAT, PAYE etc. You have forgotten a large proportion of businesses in the UK. ALL small businesses deserve assistance in this crisis not just rate payers.
