Closed Mandatory custodial sentence and compensation for child neglect

Anyone who commits an offence of child neglect to receive a custodial sentence and be made to pay compensation to the child they have neglected

Too many children in the UK are neglected daily and although they are removed from the situation, sometimes it seems like the parent/guardian gets away with the situation. Child neglect should be a offence where a custodial sentence is received and the child receive compensation for their suffering
