Closed petition DVSA to provide training Info of examiners conducting driving tests for disabled
Closed on
New law to make it mandatory for the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency to display on their notice boards in all driving test centres across the UK details of the specific training that driving test examiners conducting all driving tests have undergone particularly for pupils with disabilities.
Currently the DVSA does not reveal this information, when examiners are not trained it can lead to wrongful decisions being made.
The DVSA must provide to whoever requires details of:
The training that DVSA examiners have undergone & the organisations used
The training that DVSA staff who deal with complaints have undergone as they are also involved in making decisions. This information should be provided within 28 days
