Rejected petition Covid-19 Outbreak - Utilise Wembley Stadium as a Field Hospital for London

Wembley Stadium is a facility which is currently under utilised due to the Covid -19 outbreak. It has a covered roof which would make it an ideal location to assist as a Field Hospital to be built by the UK Military in order to support the NHS in London.

More details

As London appears to be the epicentre of Covid-19 in the UK, (we have already seen a Red Alert at Northwick Park Hospital in North West London). Therefore, Wembley stadium is an ideal location that could be used to either supplement hospital capacity in London or if suitable, as additional capacity to directly assist in the fight against this terrible disease!
