Pay 80% wages to parents of children who are high risk due to the coronavirus.

Currently a lot of high risk children have been told to self isolate due the coronavirus. This is impossible to protect them if their parents who they live with are still having to go out to work and impossible for many to live financially without any wage if they are choosing to protect their childs health and stay home over going to work.
