Introduce some financial help to working parents with young kids (<5yo) who can't work remotely as have to care for their kids due to social distancing.

Young kids cannot entertain themself for long and need a constant care and attention, so remote work is not possible- even with flexible hours, for both a single parent and and two adults if they are to work from home full time.
