Make emergency personnel immune from civil lawsuits

Civil complaints should be handled by the professional independent bodies who have professional insight into cases and they should recommend if a case should be forwarded for criminal review or compensation claims

There are too many civil cases going before the court being brought by lawyers on no win no fee cases that should not be brought to court. Resulting in key emergency personnel being kept on suspension or administrative duties until their cases are heard.

Using the independent bodies to streamline cases wether for recommendations for case dismissal or compensation would allow key emergency personnel to get back to work as quickly as possible
