To close unnecessary construction, building work and suppliers during the covid-19 outbreak. Some have already closed but some have stay open it's not necessary at this point in time for them to be working.

Shut down unnecessary sites. They arent key workers in this point in time key workers are supermarket workers, nhs staff, delivery drivers etc. I dont Class building a construction or supplying building materials at this point in time important.
