Closed Fund work-based learning providers on same basis as colleges

Provide funding to private work based learning providers on the same basis as funding is provided to further education, to support the skills sector and reduce any need to reduce head counts in this area. Recognise this sector is as important as colleges.

This would help ensure that private work-based learning providers can keep providing support to apprentices in this crisis and ensure we have the funding to help them carry on learning.
