Ban all burning of waste in Residential gardens until the Coronavirus Pandemic is over.

The smoke from garden waste is harmful to those with certain respiratory and health conditions. It also prevents people from enjoying the fresh air. This is heightened during the current period of social isolation when people are at home 24/7. It is likely to occur more now that garden waste collections are on hold.
