The operational continuation of companies who are not providing essential services is adding to the risk that many more people will be infected than is necessary. The health and well being of the public at large should be what is of paramount importance and protecting people from the very real risk to their lives and the lives of those they come into contact with, should take precedence over the profiteering and monetary gains of companies. Damage to the economy does not mitigate the human cost.
