Ensure that all airlines have a simple, easily accessible way for passengers to claim refunds for cancelled flights due to government restrictions on travel, in response to COVID 19, and advertise this appropriately.

Airlines, such as Easyjet, are making it more difficult for customers to claim refunds for cancelled flights, in response to restrictions on travel as a result of COVID 19. Airlines are not being pro-active in responding to customer feedback in relation to the process of applying for a refund and are not making the process simple and easily accessible for passengers.
