Closed Write off student loans for NHS staff after 6 years in the NHS

All those that have received student loans to study and go on to work for the NHS shouldn't have to pay back the loan while on the NHS payroll, no matter what their income is. All that have student loans and are employed by the NHS for six years should then have their debt written off completely.

This financial insentive will encourage people to work for the NHS and reduce the shortage of NHS staff
