Closed Open barber shops and class barbers as key workers

We want the government to open barbershops during this lockdown, barbers are essential and they should be classified as key workers.

Barbers are essential in life. People's mental health, confidence and general well being often depend on their weekly or fortnightly visit to their barber. Having a fresh skin fade can really motivate someone to feel cleaner and be in a better mood during this lockdown. If after three weeks the lockdown is extended, barber shops cannot remain shut! We need our hair cuts.
