Rejected petition Government furlough scheme to include workers employed after 28th February

Omit the clause that employees who started work after the 28th February are not entitled to this funding. To preserve jobs, employers should be eligible to claim the 80% relief of the salary of every employee, regardless of the starting date.

This is a huge oversight and puts thousands of workers at risk, with no income and little to no prospect of getting employment in the current economy.
