Rejected petition The government to help fund St John Ambulance especially at the moment
St John is vital at the moment in helping the NHS but we need more funding to help keep up with the current demands. I am a cadet for St John ambulance and we run off donations only and in this time donations are at a low and we need the support for our volunteers that are helping the NHS
More details
St John is the nations leading first aid charity and we run off donations however with demands heightened and donations at a low we are running out of money. Many of our volunteers are risking their lives to help the NHS but we don't get any financial help from the government so i want to urge the government to help fund us especially through this tough time as we are apart of keeping the uk running during the current situation
