Closed Create a National Health Insurance Tax for the NHS

Create a National Health Insurance Tax purely towards NHS funding that runs alongside National Insurance payments. This is a new tax, on top of existing taxes, not to replace any.

I believe the UK public will be happy to pay extra for the NHS, in an attempt to get it funded properly.
