Closed Release certain IPP prisoners

The Government should release IPP prisoners whose sentence exceeds current guidelines or are otherwise deemed safe for release, and remove the 10-year licence condition. My partner is imprisoned under the IPP rules, and we have a 1 year old son together and don't know when he's going to be home.

I want the Government to provide for the release of all IPP prisoners they are not a danger or have served a sentence in line with current guidelines. They should be given a release date.
