Closed Exempt NHS staff from Lifetime Allowance and Annual Allowance pension rules

All NHS are under extreme pressure due to the covid 19 outbreak. We need to ensure not only that their work conditions are safe but their benefits are protected.

Simply pass legislation to exempt our amazing NHS staff from Lifetime Allowance and Annual Allowance pension rules.

We have pension rules which are not fit for purpose, where due to calculation methodologies, some staff are leaving the pension scheme and limiting their clinical hours due to the punitive taxation regime, which was never meant for them.
