Stop the release of the discussed 4000 prisoners early as you will be making a bigger problem. This has been arranged to quickly and cannot have been fully assessed or the right support put in place for this to happen. This will create issues and a treat to the public.

We have seen recently that early release of prisoners has backfired and ended in deaths and that was at a time where we did not have the current strain on resources. We are looking at improving isolation not removing it. How can isolation improve on being in prison?
