Closed Remove Vehicle Excise Duty and add the cost to Fuel Duty

Abolish Vehicle Excise Duty and add the cost to a litre of fuel, so the more economical the vehicle you drive - the less you pay. This should encourage people to drive more responsibly and also benefit the environment.

To encourage people to drive less polluting vehicles and also making the people that use the roads most pay more for their upkeep.
