Closed Government to create crisis loan scheme for individuals

I want government will introduce a crisis loan to help people and keep them a bit financially stable to get basic necessities until this lockdown will be over..

Many people are struggling financially as many of them never claim benefits. It takes long time to get on benefit system..By introducing crisis loan people will have quick access to money to get basic necessities. Anyway it will be a government loan and will have to pay back by any individual who will be benefited by this facility.thanks
