Rejected petition Change the Law on Rape, so Men can report women for Rape not just Sexual Assualt

In the Law it says rape can’t be done unless it is penetrative by a penis, this means if a man is raped by a woman she can only be taken in for Sexual Assault. Rape is non consential sex of person to another person. This should be seen in the eyes of the law.

It’s what’s right, people with out a penis can still rape those with a penis or with out. It’s about non concential sex, not the genitalia involved.
