However many hours free childcare are lost for 3 to 4-year-olds during the covid-19 lockdown should be allowed to be used this year, when the restrictions are lifted.

Parents/carers are losing the free childcare they are entitled to, especially those working from home, and will have to pay full fees for the duration of the summer holidays and other half terms, when lockdown restrictions are likely to be lifted.
