To allow parents to receive full paid leave to care for their vulnerable or disabled children during the crisis.

Most staff that are considered key/front line workers are still working and their children with disabilities or those deemed vulnerable are at home or in school. These children need full support of their parents during the crisis to preserve their mental health.
