Closed Prioritise antibody tests for all keyworkers and self employed

Keyworkers of all types and the self employed have had no choice in going out to work, they should be given priority antibody testing as soon as possible

These people are currently responsible for keeping our country alive and ticking over while allowing the rest of society a choice in social distancing and isolation. Antibody testing should allow more of these people to return to work and maintain our infrastructure.
