Closed Increase income tax for those above the basic rate to fund increased NHS pay

Increase income tax for those above the basic rate, and use the addiitonal revenue to increase pay for NHS frontline works. Even a 1p increase should make a substantial difference.

The whole world has realised just what a fantastic and important job NHS frontline workers to. Their current remuneration, is quite simply not commensurate with the results of their roles. In any industry results bring rewards, what better results than saving and preserving life.
