Closed petition Points on driving license for leaving gates open on farms by drivers

To stopdrivers getting away with leaving gates open when delivering to rural locations witch puts livestock at risk. To do this by implementing points on licenses for drivers caught leaving gates open.

It has become one of the problems rural communities face in resent times. With the increase in online shopping, some delivery companies have been leaving gates open to save themselves time on their route. This is in turn costing the farming community in lose of livestock and in damages to people and property as landowners are liable for someone else's ignorance.
