Rejected petition Open fisheries, and let anglers fish during the covid-19 lockdown

To let fisheries reopen for anglers to be able to get out of the house. Angling is some peoples only way of escape, it can help with stress, mental wellbeing and it has been proven to help with PTSD patients. Angling is a time to be alone (self isolate) for a period of time.
