Cancel the requirement for Tier-2 sponsored workers to leave the UK if they have been laid-off due to the Coronavirus pandemic by their employer.
Leaving the UK in a such unprecedented situation will have significant impact on their future, the UK economy and UK's skilled worker bank.

Workers have spent a significant amount of time in the UK to create a better future for themselves and contributed to the UK's economy. Many of the employees have been employed straight after their universities and have been in the UK for over 7-8 years. Moving back to their country in such a unprecedented situation will largely impact the UK's economy to sustain with the lack of skilled workers once the economy starts to recover.
