Petition to abolish the bailiff and sheriff trade in 21st century Britain as it is barbaric and makesthe UK less democratic than third world countries we defend.This can however be replaced by a single department which can collect monies owed, create more civil Civil Servant jobs and the department can be linked to the Department of Works for transparency.
