Closed Stop Chinese State-Owned companies from buying UK companies or assets

Many businesses are struggling as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak. China is one of the biggest economies in the World and there is a risk Chinese state-owned companies could take over many UK businesses and assets.

NATO has warned of the risks of Covid-19 pandemic making allies vulnerable to situations where critical infrastructure might be sold. I therefore propose that the UK Government bans any Chinese State-Owned companies from taking over UK companies large or small.
