The Government should reduce the maximum number of working hours to 30 per week, with a view to better sharing out the work available and enhancing quality of life.

This could help maintain the enhanced quality of life enjoyed by many during the lockdown: family time, health: time to walk, run or cycle, time to garden or be in nature, reduced work-related stress and increased happiness.
