Increase statutory maternity, paternity and adoption pay to 80% to run along side the current furlough scheme due to Covid-19.

Staff furloughed to look after children are currently receiving 80% of their salary up to £2500. Staff receiving statutory maternity, paternity or adoption leave are receiving £148.68 a week, many of which do not receive any enhancement from their employer. In fairness this should be increased while the furlough scheme is running.
