Rejected petition Release all minutes of SAGE meetings related to COVID-19 preparedness & response

We, the public of the UK, want transparency in this time of crisis. As such we request that all the minutes of the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) meetings relating to COVID-19 preparedness and response be published forthwith.

More details

The UK government has stressed it is 'following the science' in its response to coronavirus but there has been heated debate from many scientific experts and others regarding our preparedness and response.

At critical points in the COVID-19 pandemic the UK's response has broken with international consensus and convention and the government has failed to provide adequate explanations when asked. We, the public of the UK, have the right to know how and why certain decisions were made.
