Closed Serps and graduated pensions

In the 2012 Budget, apart from freezing pensioners tax allowances, a new scheme was announced - a flat rate pension of £140/week to those who had worked for 30 years or more. What about existing pensioners with 40+ years of work behind them, during which time they contributed to S2P and Serps. This enhanced our pensions considerably. The Government should not even consider removing this part of our pension
