Ban footway car parking to allow pedestrians to safely socially distance during the Covid19 pandemic.

Pedestrians cannot safely socially distance on footways that are obstructed by parked cars, so they are forced into the road into the path of moving traffic. It disadvantages pedestrians with disabilities and if more people are expected to walk short journeys then they need the space to walk safely
