Petition Allow all NHS workers to get ILR after five years regardless of initial visa

All NHS workers should be given ILR once they complete 5 years, regardless of their initial stay visa. For example a person under Tier 5 youth exchange program spends 2 years and 3 years under Tier 2 general should be given ILR.
