Petition Require restaurants to supply all nutritional information for dishes.

I wish to make it a legal requirement for restaurants to supply all nutritional information, particularly the carbohydrate values of dishes, not just allergen information.

As an insulin dependant diabetic, I have to use carbohydrate values to calculate the correct dosage of insulin. This is very difficult when you do not know the full ingredients and quantity of ingredients in a dish.
Medicating incorrectly can cause various serious life changing and long term side effects, including blindness and organ failure.

Restaurants can easily use their portion control information to calculate carbohydrate values.
