Closed Exempt all 'critical workers' from the immigration health surcharge

All immigrants in the UK who are classified as 'Critical workers' as of May 14 2020 should be exempt from paying NHS surcharges associated with their status as immigrants.

We owe these workers for their service in protecting the UK public.
